We provide services such as Homemaker Personal Care, Non-Skilled Home Health Services, HPC Transportation, Non-Medical Transportation and Supported Living. We accept private pay, Individual Options Waivers, Level One Waivers, Self-Empowered Life Funding Waivers, Ohio State Plan services, Aetna, Buckeye, CareSource, Molina, My Care Ohio, Ohio Home Care.  .

 

We also offer Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid/CPR/AED Courses
