A Better Tamara LLC, is hiring immediately both male and female Direct Care Workers, to assist individuals throughout Cuyahoga, Lake, and Summit Counties with and without developmental disabilities...

Applicants must;

•be 18 years or older

•have a high school diploma/ged

•have a valid Ohio drivers license

•valid auto insurance

•reliable and safe vehicle

•can pass a criminal background check

•a passion to for assisting individuals at home or in the community

•first aid/cpr (training available...fees apply)

•all shifts available

((special considerations for non-drivers and individuals with no diploma))

A Better Tamara LLC is certified through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disability and Ohio Medicaid. We're accepting new clients of ALL ages NOW. We can provide service throughout the entire state of Ohio but currently servicing all of Cuyahoga, Lake, Portage, Summit and Medina counties.

A Better Tamara has staff available all shifts including holidays and weekends.

We accept I/O waiver, Level 1 waiver, SELF waiver, and Private Pay....
