Service Description

A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification course designed for healthcare professionals and first responders. It covers high quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, AED usage, and team-based care for choking or cardiac arrest.

Cancellation Policy

This class is non-refundable. Class must be paid in full online. NO CASH IS ACCEPTED. Classes can only be rescheduled once. Cancellations less than 2 hours prior to class will forfeit the entire class amount and must pay full price again to reschedule. Anyone late past 15 minutes will not be able to attend class. Any class reschedules, cancellations, or late arrivals must be communicated via text message. Your name, class you're taken, date and time of class and new schedule information must be included. In order for new information to be honored you must receive a response message. If no response is received within 30 mins please call Instructor. If the class is cancelled by the instructor, you would be notified immediately. The instructor must cancel 2 hours or more before the start of class or the class amount would be refunded 100% in full. If the class is cancelled due to inclement weather the class would be rescheduled ASAP and typically within the next 48 hours. If for any reason that the weather is extreme for more than one day the full amount would be refunded.
